Things are starting to pick up in 2026, as March is packed with 40 new roots music albums on our radar! We kicked off the month with Spotlight artist Cat Clyde, who offered a heartbreaking, solo-acoustic version of her new song "Night Eyes," as well as a detailed essay with insight into her vital routines as a touring artist. March also saw new music from up-and-coming roots-rock artist Leah Blevins, desert blues stalwarts Tinariwen, cowboy poet Andy Hedges, and the return of folksy duo Big Harp.
