It’s time to take a break from festival coverage — as exciting as that has been — to catch up on what’s been going on elsewhere in the live roots music scene with the ND photographers.

The centerpiece of this week’s column is a pivotal band central to the current state of roots music, Wilco. Recently, three ND photographers caught them, Justin St. Clair, Jim Gavenus, and Chad Cochran. Justin’s photos were featured in the June 2, 2026 edition of the column, this week Jim’s photos from the June 17, 2026 show in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and Chad’s photos from their July 18, 2026 Columbus, Ohio show are featured.
