EDITOR’S NOTE: To celebrate the start of
DelFest 2024today, we’re sharing a never-before-published ND Session from last year’s fest.
Watch Ronnie McCoury, Rob McCoury, and the whole crew performing their three-song No Depression Session in the press box on top of the grandstands at DelFest 2023, can I get a Del Yeah!?!
First up is a Ronnie original called "Runaway Train," a tune he co-wrote with Pat McLaughlin. That’s followed by a cover of a song by Scottish folk-rock band The Waterboys, the Mike Scott-penned "The Whole of the Moon." Third up, the McCourys play "Daydream," written by Eric Gibson, Leigh Gibson, and Ronnie Bowman.
